了解南京市孕产妇尿失禁的发病率以及南京市孕产妇对盆底肌锻炼的知识、态度和信念  

Objectives of Study：

The first aim of this survey is to find out how many women in these groups have UI in Nanjing City, China. ICIQ-SF (International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-urinary incontinence-short form), and I-QOL (Urinary Incontinence Quality of Life) which is well-validated and widely used in exploring the prevalence of UI will be employed in this survey. This survey will provide an overview of the prevalence of UI in pregnant and postnatal women. It will help to understand that the follow-up study will have a large enough sample to draw on. The second aim of this survey is to explore the current situation of womens knowledge, attitude and practice towards PFMT and the willingness of women to participate in a trial which provides professional training on PFMT.

纳入标准：

孕妇纳入标准：参加南京市妇幼保健院常规产检；18岁以上；孕16周以上；无妊娠高危因素；无盆底手术史；南京本地居民。
产妇纳入标准：参加南京市妇幼保健院产后42天检查；18岁以上；南京本地居民

Inclusion criteria

Pregnant women: attending normal antenatal care in Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital; 18 years old and over; after 16 gestational weeks; no obstetric risk factors; no pelvic surgery history; Nanjing residents.
Postnatal women: attending the 42-day postnatal examination in Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital; 18 years old and over; Nanjing residents.

排除标准：

孕前有尿失禁史；有尿道手术史或者妇科手术史；妊娠合并症；下尿路感染

Exclusion criteria：

history of urinary incontinence before pregnancy; history of urological surgery or obstetric surgery; pregnancy complications; lower urinary tract infection.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

For electronic records, the data will be stored in a laptop which will be kept in a locked filing cabinet in research office in Nanjing vocational health college when not in use, and keys will be stored securely. The laptop can only be logged in with a password by the principal researcher. For paper records, all the paper questionnaires will be stored in a document pouch which will be kept in a locked filing cabinet in research office in Nanjing vocational health college when not in use, and keys will be stored securely. Following completion of data collection, data will be stored encrypted on a password protected computer in the office of the primary supervisor for the study. Hard copies of questionnaires will also be stored in a locked filing cabinet in the office of the primary supervisor at 1.23 James Clerk Maxwell Building, King’s College London, 57 Waterloo Road, London, SE1 8WA.
