研究目的：

观察不同剂量艾司氯胺酮复合丙泊酚麻醉对于宫腔镜手术患者的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of esketamine combine with propofol to patients with hysteroscopic procedure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-45岁,BMI：18-30 kg/m2；
2.ASA I-II级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged from 18 to 45 years, BMI 18-30 kg/m2;
2. ASA I-II.

排除标准：

1.高血压、窦性心动过缓、窦性心动过速；
2.甲亢病史；
3.有神经、精神类疾病；
4.手术前48小时服用过或近期正在服用阿片类药物及非甾体类消炎药；
5.对研究药物艾司氯胺酮或丙泊酚过敏；
6.有阿片类、艾司氯胺酮药物成瘾史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hypertension, sinus bradycardia, sinus tachycardia;
2. History of hyperthyroidism;
3. Have neurological or mental diseases;
4. Had taken or was currently taking opioids and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs 48 hours before surgery;
5. Allergic to the study drug Esselketamine or propofol;
6. A history of addiction to opioids and asketamine.
