研究目的：

1.制定社区老年人预防居家跌倒知识问卷； 2.了解社区老年人预防居家跌倒知识的掌握情况； 3.开发老年人预防居家跌倒健康教育小程序； 4.探究Teach-back健康教育法在社区老年人预防居家跌倒知识中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Develop the community elderly home fall prevention knowledge questionnaire; 2. To understand the knowledge of preventing the elderly from falling at home; 3. Develop a health education program for the elderly to prevent falls at home; 4. To explore the effect of Teach-back health education method in preventing the elderly from falling down at home.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁；
2.在福州市社区中居住时间≥6个月；
3.知情同意，自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

1. >= 60 years old;
2. Living in the Fuzhou community for >=6 months;
3. Informed consent and voluntary participation.

排除标准：

1.有交流或语言表达障碍的老年人；
2.有精神疾病、认知障碍、长期卧床、重症和终末疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Elderly people with communication or language barriers;
2. Those with mental illness, cognitive impairment, long-term bedridden, severe and terminal diseases.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由经过专门培训的资料收集员对数据进行测量和采集，采用excel2017建立数据库，为保证数据录入的准确性，所有数据均由双人录入；采用SPSS25.0软件进行数据处理。
