研究目的：

1.主要目的：寻找和验证炎症性肠病患者生物制剂治疗应答的预测指标； 2.次要目的：评估基线候选基因（CHI3L1、HLA-DRB1、ISG15、PCK1、REG1A、CCR1、PTPN22、PHTF1等）表达水平是否可以预测治疗反应。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Objective: To find and verify the predictors of response to biological agent therapy in patients with inflammatory bowel disease; 2. Secondary objective: To evaluate whether the expression level of candidate genes (CHI3L1, HLA-DRB1, ISG15, PCK1, REG1A, CCR1, PTPN22, PHTF1, etc.) can predict response to therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.处于活动期或缓解期，符合溃疡性结肠炎的诊断标准，经组织病理及内镜检查确诊；
2.处于活动期或缓解期，符合克罗恩病的诊断标准，经组织病理及内镜检查确诊；
3.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. In active or remission stage, meet the diagnostic criteria of ulcerative colitis and be confirmed by histopathology and endoscopy;
2. In active or remission stage, meet the diagnostic criteria of Crohns' disease, and be confirmed by histopathology and endoscopy;
3. Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.严重感染；
2.合并肝肾功能不全等内科疾病；
3.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
4.恶性肿瘤；
5.其他原因所致肠道炎症改变，如细菌感染性肠炎、阿米巴肠炎等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious infection;
2. Complicated with medical diseases such as liver and kidney insufficiency;
3. Pregnant women or lactating women;
4. Malignant tumor;
5. Changes of intestinal inflammation caused by other reasons, such as bacterial enteritis, amoebic enteritis, etc.
