研究舒更葡糖对比新斯的明用于逆转神经肌肉阻滞对术后肺部发症发生率的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of sugammadex versus neostigmine for reversing neuromuscular blockade on the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18岁或以上
2.ASA：I-IV级
3.患者接受气管插管或者喉罩全身麻醉，并接受罗库溴铵静脉推注或输注
4.患者给予新斯的明或舒更葡糖钠用于拮抗神经肌肉阻滞

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 years and over;
2. ASA: I-IV ;
3. Patients received general anesthesia with tracheal intubation or laryngeal mask and received intravenous bolus or infusion of rocuronium;
4. Patients were given neostigmine or sugammadex sodium to reverse the neuromuscular block.

排除标准：

1.日间手术
2.术中使用了其他肌松药物（顺式阿曲库铵）
3. 联合使用两种肌松拮抗药物的患者
4. 到达手术室前已经进行气管插管或已进行了气管切开
5. 患者住院期间进行多次手术的患者，仅纳入第一次手术病例

Exclusion criteria：

1. Ambulatory surgery;
2. Other muscle relaxants (cisatracurium) were used during the operation;
3. Patients were treated with a combination of the two muscle relaxant antagonists;
4. A tracheal intubation or tracheostomy has been performed before arriving in the operating room
5. When multiple procedures were performed during a single hospital admission, only the first operation case will be included.
