研究目的：

探索一个包含术前、麻醉和术中因素，且能有效预测老年髋部骨折患者术后早期死亡率的新模型，以期为制定此类患者的治疗决策提供参考  

Objectives of Study：

To explore a new model that includes preoperative, anesthetic and intraoperative factors and can effectively predict the early postoperative mortality of elderly patients with hip fracture, in order to provide reference for making treatment decisions for such patients

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥65岁
2.经影像学诊断为髋部骨折，括股骨颈骨折、股骨转子间（粗隆间）骨折、转子下(粗隆下)骨折、髋臼骨折
3.行外科手术治疗

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 65
2. Hip fracture was diagnosed by imaging, including femoral neck fracture, femoral intertrochanteric (intertrochanteric) fracture, subtrochanteric (subtrochanteric) fracture and acetabular fracture
3. Surgical treatment

排除标准：

1.多发骨折

Exclusion criteria：

1.Multiple fractures
