研究目的：

分析原发中枢神经系统淋巴瘤外周血NK细胞数量，其与化疗疗效、预后的关系，与弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（非中枢神经系统）患者进行比较。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the number of NK cells in peripheral blood of primary central nervous system lymphoma, its relationship with chemotherapy efficacy and prognosis, and compare it with patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (non-central nervous system).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75岁；男女不限；
2.诊断为原发中枢神经系统淋巴瘤或者弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤，非特指型；
3.理解并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-75 years; no gender limit;
2. Diagnosed as primary central nervous system lymphoma or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, unspecified type;
3. Those who understand and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.接受过PD-1/PD-L1免疫治疗或者其他细胞免疫治疗；
2.存在血流动力学不稳定的危重症患者；
3. 存在自身免疫性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Received PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy or other cellular immunotherapy;
2. Critically ill patients with unstable hemodynamics;
3. Presence of autoimmune disease.
