研究目的：

明确心脏磁共振（CMR）量化的二尖瓣环平面位移（MAPSE）、心梗周围带（BZ）以及新参数BZ熵值与主要心血管不良事件（ MACE）的相关性，探索最佳的MACE联合预测模型，建立心梗后个体化的风险评估。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the correlation between cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) quantified mitral annulus plane displacement (MAPSE), peri-myocardial zone (BZ) and new parameter BZ entropy and major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), to explore the best combined prediction model for MACE and to establish individualized risk assessment after myocardial infarction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.有心肌缺血的临床表现；
2.患者心肌肌钙蛋白(cTn)水平持续升高，至少一个值高于99百分位参考上限(URL)；
3.CMR的LGE图像上可见始于心内膜下的高信号。

Inclusion criteria

1. Clinical manifestations of myocardial ischemia;
2. The patient's cardiac troponin (cTn) level continues to rise, with at least one value higher than the 99th percentile reference upper limit (URL);
3. On the LGE image of CMR, high signal from the subendocardium can be seen.

排除标准：

1.合并其他心脏疾病(扩张型心肌病、肥厚型心肌病等)；
2.心梗后中重度二尖瓣返流；
3.其他重症患者(恶性肿瘤、慢性肾病等)；
4.图像质量欠佳；
5.失联或脱访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other heart diseases (dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, etc.);
2. Moderate to severe mitral regurgitation after myocardial infarction;
3. Other critically ill patients (malignant tumor, chronic kidney disease, etc.);
4. Poor image quality;
5. Lost contact or lost contact.
