明确CMR量化的MAPSE、BZ以及新参数BZ熵值与MACE的相关性，探索最佳的MACE联合预测模型，建立心梗后个体化的风险评估，早期、快速、准确地评估出高风险患者。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the association of the CMR-derived MAPSE, BZ and the new parameter BZ entropy with MACE, to explore the best joint MACE prediction model, to establish individualized post-infarction risk assessment, and to evaluate high-risk patients early, quickly and accurately.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①有心肌缺血的临床表现；②患者心肌肌钙蛋白(cTn)水平持续升高，至少一个值高于99百分位参考上限(URL)；③CMR的LGE图像上可见始于心内膜下的高信号。

Inclusion criteria

①Patients had clinical presentations of myocardial ischaemia. ②Patients had persistently elevated cardiac troponin (cTn) levels with at least one value above the 99th percentile upper reference limit (URL). ③Patients had a positive LGE in which the scar extended from the subendocardium to the epicardium.

排除标准：

①合并其他心脏疾病(扩张型心肌病、肥厚型心肌病等)；②心梗后中重度二尖瓣返流；③其他重症患者(恶性肿瘤、慢性肾病等)；④图像质量欠佳；⑤失联或脱访。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients had other cardiac diseases (dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, etc.). ②Patients with moderate or severe mitral regurgitation after MI. ③Patients had no percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) after CMR. ④Patients with other severe diseases (malignant tumour, chronic kidney disease, etc.). ⑤Patients had low-quality images. ⑥Patients failed to follow up.
