研究目的：

1.探讨PPARγ与Runx2 crosstalk在股骨头坏死中的作用，以阐明股骨头坏死发病的部分分子机制。 2.探讨PPARγ与Runx2作为股骨头坏死早期分子标志的意义，为寻找股骨头坏死的早期生物学标志提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the role of PPARγ and Runx2 crosstalk in femoral head necrosis, in order to clarify part of the molecular mechanism of femoral head necrosis. 2. To explore the significance of PPARγ and Runx2 as early molecular markers of femoral head necrosis, and to provide new ideas for finding early biological markers of femoral head necrosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.入院行全髋关节置换的患者；
2.入院诊断为股骨颈骨折或股骨头坏死。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients admitted for total hip replacement;
2. Admission diagnosis of femoral neck fracture or femoral head necrosis.

排除标准：

经入院检查后判断无法耐受手术。

Exclusion criteria：

After the admission examination, it was judged that the surgery could not be tolerated.
