研究目的：

通过随机对照试验评价rTMS刺激双侧角回对轻、中度AD患者的认知功能的临床疗效和安全性，同时通过fMRI分析脑功能变化  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled trial was conducted to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of rTMS stimulation of bilateral angular gyrus on cognitive function in patients with mild and moderate AD, and brain function changes were analyzed by fMRI

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）临床确诊的或很可能的AD患者，MMSE评分在10-26分之间，且有头颅影像学的诊断依据。病程10年以内。
（2）年龄≥60周岁，性别不限，能配合rTMS和脑功能磁共振检查者，无检查禁忌症。
（3）如正在服用AD药物，则需药物服用已≥4周，且在治疗期间无药物剂量调整；
（4）受试者的监护人同意参加本项研究，并签署知情同意书。
注：同时符合以上4项的受试者，方可纳入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) For patients with clinically confirmed or probable AD.MMSE score is between 10 and 26, and there is a diagnostic basis of brain imaging. The course of AD is less than 10 years.
(2) There are no contraindications for AD patients aged ≥60 years old, with no gender limitation, who can comply with rTMS and fMRI.
(3) If patients are taking AD drugs, they must have taken the drugs for more than 4 weeks, and there is no drug dose adjustment during the treatment.
(4) The guardian of the subject agrees to participate in this study and signs the informed consent.
Note: Subjects who meet the above 4 criteria at the same time can be included in this study.

排除标准：

（1）有经颅磁刺激治疗禁忌症：如安装有心脏起搏器、冠脉支架和动脉瘤夹等金属内置物者，安装有人工植入耳蜗等铁磁材料者；
（2）合并重要脏器（心、肺、肝、肾等）的功能衰竭和病情危重者；
（3）长期嗜酒、滥用药物者；
（4）严重视听障碍者；
（5）有器质性精神病、传染病、脑外伤及手术史者；
（6）有癫痫病史者；
（7）正在进行其它临床试验者。
注：凡符合上述任何一条的受试者，即应予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy: for example, those with cardiac pacemaker, coronary stent, aneurysm clip and other metal implants, and those with artificial cochlear implant and other ferromagnetic materials.
(2) Patients with functional failure of important organs (heart, lung, liver, kidney, etc.) or in critical condition.
(3) With long-term alcohol and drug abuse.
(4) Persons with severe audio-visual impairment.
(5) Patients with organic mental illness, infectious disease, traumatic brain injury or surgical history.
(6) People with a history of epilepsy.
(7) Undergoing other clinical trials.
Note: Subjects who meet any of the above criteria should be excluded.
