研究目的：

本实验通过观察腹腔镜下肾部分切除术老年患者机体氧化应激/抗氧化能力的变化与术后AKI的相关性，探讨机体氧化应激/抗氧化能力在术后AKI发病机制中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

In this experiment, we observed the correlation between the changes of oxidative stress/antioxidative capacity and postoperative AKI in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic partial nephrectomy, and explored the role of oxidative stress/antioxidative capacity in the pathogenesis of postoperative AKI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、在我院全麻下行腹腔镜下肾部分切除术患者；
2、年龄大于60岁；
3、术前心、肾功能正常。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic partial nephrectomy under general anesthesia in our hospital;
2. Aged over 60 years;
3. Preoperative cardiac and renal function were normal.

排除标准：

1、未获得知情同意书；
2、术前接受过肾脏手术、肾移植。

Exclusion criteria：

1. No informed consent has been obtained;
2. Have received kidney surgery or kidney transplantation before surgery.
