研究目的:

本研究拟联合多维组学技术,利用低剂量CT影像组学、检验组学及基因检测大数据构建人工智能模型,建立一套融合多维组学信息的肺结节及早期肺癌精准诊断及个体化预测解决方案,实现肺癌早筛早诊、性质判定、手术决策、预后评估等任务,提高早期肺癌的精准临床诊疗水平。  

Objectives of Study:

It is planned to combine multi-dimensional omics technology to build an artificial intelligence model using low-dose CT imaging omics, test omics and genetic testing big data, establish a set of accurate diagnosis and individualized prediction solutions for pulmonary nodules and early-stage lung cancer that integrates multi-dimensional omics information to realize the tasks of early screening and early diagnosis of lung cancer, nature determination, surgical decision-making, and prognosis evaluation, and improve the precision clinical diagnosis and treatment of early-stage lung cancer.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.低剂量CT肺癌筛查肺结节患者;
2.经手术治疗,有术前检验指标及术后病理组织学结果(含基因检测结果)。

Inclusion criteria

1. Low-dose CT lung cancer screening patients with pulmonary nodules;
2. After surgical treatment, there are preoperative test indicators and postoperative histopathological results (including genetic test results).

排除标准:

1.近5年有癌症病史(非黑色素性皮肤癌、宫颈原位癌、局限性前列腺癌除外);
2.不能耐受可能的肺癌切除手术;
3.罹患严重影响生命的疾病。

Exclusion criteria:

1. A history of cancer in the past 5 years (except non-melanoma skin cancer, cervical carcinoma in situ, and localized prostate cancer);
2. Inability to tolerate possible lung cancer resection;
3. Suffering from a serious life-threatening disease.
