本研究拟联合多维组学技术,利用低剂量CT影像组学、检验组学及基因检测大数据构建人工智能模型,建立一套融合多维组学信息的肺结节及早期肺癌精准诊断及个体化预测解决方案,实现肺癌早筛早诊、性质判定、手术决策、预后评估等任务,提高早期肺癌的精准临床诊疗水平。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to combine multidimensional omics by using radiomics of low-dose CT, clilabomics, and genetic testing data to construct an artificial intelligence model, and establish a solution for precision diagnosis of pulmonary nodule and individual prediction of early lung cancer basing on the fusion of multidimensional omics information. The study will realize the early detection and diagnosis, assist surgical decision-making, and predict prognosis for pulmonary nodule and lung cancer, which can improve the precision diagnosis and treatment of early lung cancer. |

纳入标准: |
(1)低剂量CT肺癌筛查肺结节患者;(2)经手术治疗,有术前检验指标及术后病理组织学结果(含基因检测结果)。 |

|
Inclusion criteria |
(1) patient with pulmonary nodule and screened with low-dose CT; (2) histopathological confirmed by surgical resection and had laboratory test before surgery. |
||||||||||||||||||||||
|
排除标准: |
(1)近5年有癌症病史(非黑色素性皮肤癌、宫颈原位癌、局限性前列腺癌除外);(2)不能耐受可能的肺癌切除手术;(3)罹患严重影响生命的疾病。 |
||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Exclusion criteria: |
(1) history of cancer in previous 5 years except for non-melannoma skin carcinoma, carcinoma in situ of cervix, and localized prostate cancer; (2) can not conduct possible lung cancer resection; (3) suffering from life-threatening illnesses. |
