本研究拟探讨超声测量锁骨下静脉塌陷指数对双胎剖宫产产妇腰麻后低血压的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the predictive value of ultrasound measurement of subclavian vein collapse index for hypotension after spinal anesthesia in twin cesarean section.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

足月（>37周），双胎，ASA I或II级，择期剖宫产产妇。

Inclusion criteria

Full-term (>37 weeks), twins, ASA class I or II, elective cesarean delivery.

排除标准：

1.存在椎管内麻醉禁忌（如血液病引起的血小板低、凝血功能障碍，长期服用抗凝药，脊柱畸形，腰椎手术病史，穿刺部位感染，情绪极不稳定不能配合等）；
2.既往或新发心脏病，先兆子痫，神经功能障碍，糖尿病，心脑血管或肾脏疾病，收缩压<90mmHg。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are contraindications to spinal anesthesia (such as low platelets caused by blood diseases, coagulation dysfunction, long-term use of anticoagulants, spinal deformity, history of lumbar spine surgery, infection at the puncture site, emotional instability and inability to cooperate, etc.);
2. Past or new heart disease, preeclampsia, neurological dysfunction, diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular or kidney disease, systolic blood pressure <90mmHg.
