研究目的：

本实验观察冠心病、吸烟的冠心病、单纯吸烟三组患者35hEECP治疗前后的血浆NO、NOx及内皮依赖性反应等血管内皮功能变化，观察治疗前后心肺功能和运动耐量的变化，同时，在细胞实验中进一步观察尼古丁加入粥样硬化的内皮细胞模型后，其细胞凋亡以及内皮素-1和NO等内皮功能指标的变化，试图探讨EECP对吸烟的冠心病患者内皮功能和运动耐量的作用及其可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, changes in vascular endothelial function such as NO, NOx, and endothelium-dependent reaction were observed in patients with coronary heart disease, coronary heart disease smoking, and smoking alone before and after 35hEECP treatment. The changes in cardiopulmonary function and exercise tolerance were observed before and after treatment. In the cell experiment, the changes of cell apoptosis and endothelial function indexes such as endothelin -1 and NO were further observed after nicotine was added to the atherosclerotic endothelial cell model. To investigate the effects of EECP on endothelial function and exercise tolerance of patients with coronary heart disease who smoke and its possible mechanism.

确诊的稳定型心绞痛及不稳定型心绞痛患者，抽烟健康成年人

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with stable angina pectoris and unstable angina pectoris, smoking healthy adults

排除标准：

伴有高血压、糖尿病的冠心病患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with coronary heart disease with hypertension and diabetes
