研究目的：

有症状的食管憩室病人年龄相对较大，行外科手术的风险高，内镜下微创治疗为不错选择。我们将POEM治疗方法称为D-POEM，磁铁辅助成形方法称为MAD（Magnet-assisted diverticuloplasty）。POEM对治疗贲门失弛缓症已经很成熟，其手术设计理念亦有益于食管憩室治疗并有望进一步推广；D-POEM不局限于Zenker憩室的治疗，也能用于食管中段及膈上憩室。MAD正处于起步状态，操作便捷省时，需要收集相关治疗数据评估治疗效果，以改进手术方式，评估推广可能性。 通过回顾性研究我院消化内镜中心采用上述方法治疗食管憩室的效果，为优化食管憩室治疗手段提供依据和指导，提高治疗效率，减轻患者负担，并为进一步的研究打下基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Patients with symptomatic esophageal diverticulum are relatively older and have a high risk of surgery. Minimally invasive endoscopic treatment is a good choice. We refer to the POEM treatment method as D-POEM and the magnet assisted forming method as MAD (Magnet-assisted diverticuloplasty). POEM is very mature for the treatment of achalasia, and its surgical design concept is also beneficial for esophageal diverticulum treatment and is expected to be further promoted; D-POEM is not limited to the treatment of Zenker's diverticulum, but also can be used in the middle esophagus and supraorbital diverticulum. The MAD is in its infancy, easy to operate and time-saving, and needs to collect relevant treatment data to evaluate the treatment effect to improve the surgical approach and evaluate the promotion possibilities. Through retrospective study of the effect of above methods on the treatment of esophageal diverticulum in the digestive endoscopy center of our hospital, it will provide the basis and guidance for optimizing the treatment of esophageal diverticulum, improves the treatment efficiency, reduces the burden on patients, and lays a foundation for further research.

纳入标准：

回顾性纳入我院消化内镜中心2014年3月1日—2019年12月31日内镜下行D-POEM及MAD治疗食管憩室的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who have received D-POEM and MAD treatment for esophageal diverticulum in the Digestive Endoscopy Center of our hospital from March 1, 2014 to May 20, 2019 will be retrospectively included

排除标准：

非上述治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who did not undergo the above treatment.
