研究目的：

1. 本研究以PCOS患者为研究对象，评价哈氏补肾化痰方对无生育要求的痰湿型PCOS患者在月经周期、内分泌水平、中医证候方面的改善作用,并规范哈氏补肾化痰方治疗痰湿型PCOS的诊疗方案，改善痰湿型PCOS患者月经及内分泌水平，减低PCOS患者的经济负担； 2.明确痰湿型 PCOS 患者肠道微生态特征、舌苔菌群及阴道菌群特征，探索哈氏补肾化痰方对痰湿型PCOS患者肠道菌群、舌苔菌群及阴道菌群的影响； 3.探究痰湿型PCOS患者外周血白细胞中miRNA的差异表达谱及靶基因和功能预测，并观察哈氏补肾化痰方干预后外周血白细胞中miRNA的差异表达谱的改变。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This study took PCOS patients as the research object, and evaluated the improvement effect of Ha's Bushen Huatan Recipe on the menstrual cycle, endocrine level, and TCM syndromes in PCOS patients with phlegm-dampness without fertility requirements, and standardized Ha's Bushen Huatan. It can improve the menstrual and endocrine levels of PCOS patients with phlegm-dampness and reduce the economic burden of PCOS patients; 2. To clarify the characteristics of intestinal microecology, tongue coating flora and vaginal flora in PCOS patients with phlegm-dampness type, and to explore the effect of Harshi Bushen Huatan Recipe on the intestinal flora, tongue coating flora and vaginal flora of PCOS patients with phlegm-dampness type ; 3. To explore the differential expression profile of miRNAs in peripheral blood leukocytes, target genes and function predictions of PCOS patients with phlegm-dampness type, and to observe the changes in the differential expression profiles of miRNAs in peripheral blood leukocytes after the intervention of Harshi Bushen Huatan Decoction.

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-40岁；
2.体重指数＞23Kg/m2；
3.符合PCOS诊断；
4.符合中医辨证诊断。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-40 years old;
2. Body mass index > 23Kg/m2;
3. Comply with PCOS diagnosis;
4. In line with TCM syndrome differentiation and diagnosis.

排除标准：

1.近三个月口服影响试验结果类药物，如抗生素、避孕药或其他激素类药物，胰岛素增敏剂，降脂药等；
2.胃肠道疾病（如：腹泻、肠炎等）或处于急性感染期等影响肠道微生态的疾病患者；
3.心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器有器质性病变的患者或有精神疾患及其它原因不能配合试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Oral administration of drugs affecting the test results in the past three months, such as antibiotics, contraceptives or other hormone drugs, insulin sensitizers, lipid-lowering drugs, etc.;
2. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases (such as diarrhea, enteritis, etc.) or those who are in the acute infection stage and other diseases that affect the intestinal microecology;
3. Patients with organic lesions in important organs such as heart, lung, liver, and kidney, or patients with mental disorders or other reasons who cannot cooperate with the test.
