研究目的：

本研究旨在对SGLT-2抑制剂恩格列净，在中国老年高血压合并糖尿病患者的降压效果进行评估以及探讨可能的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The current study evaluated the effect of SGLT-2 inhibitor,?empagliflozinon blood pressure reduction in chinese elderly hypertension patients with type 2 diabetes and investigated its possible mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

本研究的纳入标准：2型糖尿病合并高血压的患者，平均诊室收缩压140~179毫米汞柱，舒张压90~109毫米汞柱，年龄在65~80岁之间， BMI≤30 kg/m2 ，HbA1c 7.0-10.0%。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension (mean seated of?ce SBP 140–179 mmHg and DBP 90–109 mmHg) aged 65-80 years with a BMI ≤30 kg/m2 and HbA1c 7.0-10.0% at screening were eligible for inclusion.

排除标准：

主要排除标准包括：难以控制的高血糖（空腹血糖≥13.3 mmol/L），平均收缩压≥180 mmHg和/或平均舒张压≥110 mmHg, 确诊或怀疑继发性高血压，恶性高血压，高血压视网膜病变或高血压脑病，肾功能不全（ eGFR≤60 mL/min/1.73 m2，MDRD公式），肝功能不全（谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷氨酰转氨酶大于等于正常值上限的三倍），既往有急性冠脉综合症，脑卒中、TIA的病史。

Exclusion criteria：

Key exclusion criteria included uncontrolled hyperglycemia (fast plasma glucose≥13.3 mmol/L), mean
seated SBP ≥180 mmHg and/or mean seated DBP ≥110 mmHg, known/suspected secondary hypertension, malignant?hypertension, history/evidence of hypertensive retinopathy or hypertensive encephalopathy, renal impairment (estimated glomerular ?ltration rate [eGFR] ≤60 mL/min/1.73 m2,using the MDRD equation), or indication of liver disease (serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, or alkaline phosphatase more than three times the upper limit of normal) , history of acute coronary syndrome, stroke, or transient ischemic attack.
