研究目的：

探索对于高龄患者行植入前遗传学筛查助孕，采用生长激素辅助促排卵是否能提高囊胚整倍体率。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether growth hormone can improve the rate of blastocyst aneuploidy in the elderly patient.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥35岁在我院PGT-A助孕患者；
2.我院PGT-A助孕指针（有以下任意一项）：
（1）反复流产 、胚胎停育、生化妊娠≥2次；
（2）既往有过流产胚胎染色体异常史；
（3）反复种植失败（移植≥3次未孕；或者移植优质胚胎或者囊胚2次未孕）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged >= 35 years in our hospital with PGT-A assisted pregnancy;
2. Our hospital's PGT-A assisted pregnancy pointer (any of the following):
(1) Repeated miscarriage, embryo stoppage, and biochemical pregnancy >= 2 times;
(2) A history of chromosomal abnormalities in aborted embryos in the past;
(3) Repeated implantation failure (transplantation >= 3 times without pregnancy; or transplantation of high-quality embryos or blastocysts without pregnancy for 2 times).

排除标准：

1.既往肿瘤史或肿瘤高危因素；
2.严重急慢性肝肾疾病者，如肝硬化、急慢性肾功能衰竭、乙肝病毒活动期等；肝肾功能异常者；
3.未控制的内分泌代谢性疾病和肾上腺疾病者；
4.风湿免疫性疾病；或者正在使用免疫抑制剂；
5.既往使用生长激素产品剂过敏者；
6.正在参与其他药物临床研究者；
7.研究者认为其他不适合入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Past tumor history or tumor risk factors;
2. Patients with severe acute and chronic liver and kidney diseases, such as liver cirrhosis, acute and chronic renal failure, active hepatitis B virus, etc.; patients with abnormal liver and kidney functions;
3. Uncontrolled endocrine and metabolic diseases and adrenal diseases;
4. Rheumatic immune diseases; or are using immunosuppressive agents;
5. Those who have been allergic to growth hormone products in the past;
6. Participating in other drug clinical investigators;
7. Others deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
