本研究将通过同期对照性研究分析内路与外路微导管引导的小梁切开术在治疗原发性儿童青光眼中的疗效及安全性，从而为儿童青光眼的治疗提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the efficacy and safety of ab-interno and ab-externo microcatheter-assisted trabeculotomy in primary childhood glaucoma, to guide the management for childhood glaucoma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合儿童青光眼的诊断，且为原发性的患者。其中包括原发性先天性青光眼（primary congenital glaucoma，PCG）、3-18岁的青少年性青光眼（Juvenile open angle glaucoma，JOAG）。

Inclusion criteria

Primary childhood glaucoma, including primary congenital glaucoma (PCG）and juvenile open angle glaucoma (JOAG）aged 3 to 18 years.

排除标准：

既往已接受过手术治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

with previous surgeries.
