Objectives of Study：

To study the changes in the balloon of the tracheal tube during the placement of the self-retaining laryngoscope use in microlaryngoscopic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

年龄：18-65岁；性别：男/女；手术方式：气管插管全身麻醉下使用支撑喉镜行喉显微手术。

Inclusion criteria

Age: 18-65 years old; gender: male/female; surgical method: under general anesthesia, endotracheal intubation, using a self-retaining laryngoscope use in microlaryngoscopic surgery.

排除标准：

气管插管失败；喉显微手术中支撑喉镜放置失败；气管插管后发生气道痉挛；气管导管气囊漏气或破裂。

Exclusion criteria：

Failure of tracheal intubation; failure to place the support laryngoscope during microlaryngosurgery; airway spasm after tracheal intubation; air balloon leakage or rupture of the tracheal tube.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

观察记录患者气管插管成功后，手术者从摆放患者体位到支撑喉镜放置成功过程中，气管导管气囊压力的变化，使用数字压力表连续监测气囊压力值，数据的记录形式为两种，一种为时间-压力表，另一种为Excel表，内容为每一分钟的压力值。数据的管理由专业的统计人员负责，将纳入研究的所有患者在不同时刻的压力变化情况进行统计分析，得出气囊压力的变化规律。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Observe and record the changes in the balloon pressure of the tracheal tube after the patient’s tracheal intubation is successful, from the position of the patient to the successful placement of the self-retaining laryngoscope, and use a digital pressure gauge to continuously monitor the balloon pressure. There are two types of data recording methods. One is a time-pressure gauge, the other is an Excel table, the content is the pressure value per minute. The management of the data is in the charge of professional statisticians, who will perform statistical analysis on the pressure changes of all patients included in the study at different times, and draw the law of changes in balloon pressure.
