研究目的：

研究黄芪三七颗粒联合氯沙坦对气虚血瘀证的早期DN患者尿微量白蛋白、肾功能、尿足细胞排泄及足细胞标志蛋白podocalyxin表达的影响，并与单用氯沙坦进行比较，从而揭示益气活血方对早期DN患者足细胞损伤的保护作用及机制，为中西医结合多靶点防治DN提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Research on Astragalus plus Notoginseng granule combined losartan on qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of patients with early DN, renal function, urinary podocyte urine trace albumin excretion and podocyte marker protein podocalyxin expression, the influence of and comparing with losartan alone, so as to reveal the yiqi huoxue compound on podocyte injury in patients with early DN and mechanism, to provide new way of thinking of Chinese and western medicine combined with multiple targets for prevention and cure of DN.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合DN诊断标准及中医气虚血瘀证诊断标准，且尿微量白蛋白在30-3000mg/d，eGFR大于60ml/min/1.73m2（慢性肾脏病1-2期）, 年龄18-75岁。

Inclusion criteria

It meets the diagnostic criteria of diabetic nephrology and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis. Moreover, urinary microalbumin was 30-3000mg/d, eGFR was greater than 60ml/min/1.73m2 (stage 1-2 chronic kidney disease), and aged 18-75 years.

排除标准：

①１型糖尿病；
② 妊娠糖尿病、甲亢等其他疾病所致的高血糖患者；伴有精神病、老年性痴呆等不能配合者；
③ 严重的心、脑、肝等并发症者；恶性肿瘤，严重心功能不全，妊娠，免疫系统疾病或其他并发症，存在急慢性感染患者；
④ 已知对所用药物过敏的患者；正在参加其它药物临床试验者或3个月内参加过其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Type 1 diabetes mellitus;
2 Patients with hyperglycemia caused by gestational diabetes, hyperthyroidism and other diseases; Accompanied by psychosis, senile dementia, etc.
3 Serious heart, brain, liver and other complications; Patients with malignant tumors, severe cardiac insufficiency, pregnancy, immune system diseases or other complications, and acute or chronic infections;
4 Patients who are known to be allergic to the drugs used; Who are participating in another clinical trial or who have participated in another clinical trial within 3 months.

由医生将所有患者按照就诊先后顺序编号，然后由统计学专业人员用电脑生成随机数字表，将100位病例分别分到1组和2组中，各50例。

All patients were numbered by doctors according to the order of treatment, and then statistical professionals generated a table of random Numbers by computer. 100 patients were divided into group 1 and group 2, with 50 cases each.
