研究目的：

本实验旨在对单侧下肢进行专业的缺血预处理后测定患者血液中相关生化、心脏超声参数、右心导管检查、六分钟步行距离来分析下肢缺血预适应对肺动脉高压患者远期预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to analyze the long-term prognosis of pulmonary hypertension patients with lower limb ischemic preconditioning by determining the blood biochemical parameters, cardiac ultrasound parameters right cardiac catheterization and six-minute walking distance after specialized ischemic preconditioning of unilateral lower extremities.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

右心导管检查：mPAP≥25mmHg，同时PAWP≤15mmHg及肺血管阻力＞3Wood单位的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Right cardiac catheterization for patients with mpap ≥ 25mmhg, pawp ≤ 15mmhg and pulmonary vascular resistance > 3wood units.

排除标准：

（1）左心疾病所致肺高血压患者、呼吸系统和/或缺氧所致肺高血压患者及未知因素所致肺高血压患者；
（2）闭塞性血管炎或大动脉炎患者；
（3）下肢静脉血栓形成的患者；
(4) 无法耐受下肢缺血处理的患者（如：下肢存在严重残疾、近期的应力性骨折、皮肤存在严重烧伤、破溃等）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Left heart disease-induced pulmonary hypertension, respiratory and / or hypoxia-induced pulmonary hypertension and unknown factor-induced pulmonary hypertension;
(2) Patients with occlusive vasculitis or Takayasu arteritis;
(3) Patients with venous thrombosis of lower extremities;
(4) The patients who cannot tolerate the treatment of lower limb ischemia (For example, people with severe disabilities, stress fractures in the near future, severe burns in the skin, rupture of the skin and so on.)
