研究目的：

以稳定期维持性透析患者为研究对象，基于行为改变理论和信息反馈模式，开发适用于透析患者居家运动的干预措施，并探讨干预方式对于患者居家运动的作用效果，以便给更好的促进居家透析患者的运动情况。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the theory of behavior change and information feedback model, this paper aims to develop the intervention approach that suitable for home exercise of dialysis patients, and explore the effect of intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①进行透析至少六个月，达到稳定透析；②年龄≥18岁；③自愿参加本研究；④有智能手机；⑤下肢运动无障碍

Inclusion criteria

(1) dialysis at least six months, achieve stable dialysis;
(2) Aged ≥18 years;
(3) Volunteer to participate in this study;
(4) have a smart phone;
(5) lower limb movement barrier.

排除标准：

①严重认知听力视力功能障碍②病情不稳定不配合调查；③有中枢及周围神经系统疾病；④合并严重并发症，如心绞痛、心衰、严重感染、恶性肿瘤等；⑤已规律运动者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) severe cognitive, hearing and visual impairment;
(2) unstable condition does not cooperate with the investigation;
(3) central and peripheral nervous system diseases;
(4) complicated with serious complications, such as angina pectoris, heart failure, serious infection, malignant tumor, etc.;
(5) have regular exercise.
