研究目的：

探讨雷火灸联合睑板腺按摩对睑板腺功能障碍的治疗效果，并探讨对泪液白介素6、前列腺素E2的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with meibomian gland massage on meibomian gland dysfunction, and to explore the influnce on tear interleukin-6 and prostaglandin E2.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

诊断标准：① 患者眼部症状：眼部干涩、眼痛、眼部烧灼感、眼痒、异物感、搔抓感、视力波动、分泌物增多等；② 睑缘形态改变：睑缘肥厚；睑缘毛细血管扩张、充血；睑缘过度角化；睑缘形态不规则；睑板腺开口高于睑缘或是狭窄、闭塞；③ 睑板腺分泌异常：睑板腺分泌物表现为混浊、颗粒状、牙膏状；④ 睑板腺缺失。第②、③项为必备项，任何一项出现即可诊断为睑板腺功能障碍（孙旭光.2 015年）。
纳入标准：年龄20岁-70岁之间；能够配合操作；签署知情同意书，自愿参加；随访6个月。

Inclusion criteria

Diagnostic criteria: ① Patient's eye symptoms: dry eyes, eye pain, eye burning, eye itching, foreign body sensation, scratching sensation, vision fluctuations, increased secretions, etc.; ② Eyelid morphology changes: eyelid hypertrophy; eyelid Marginal capillaries are dilated and hyperemia; the eyelid margin is hyperkeratotic; the shape of the eyelid margin is irregular; the meibomian gland opening is higher than the eyelid margin or is narrow or occluded; ③ abnormal secretion of the meibomian glands: meibomian gland secretions appear cloudy and granular Shape, toothpaste; ④ Meibomian glands are missing. Items ② and ③ are necessary items, and any one of them can be diagnosed as meibomian gland dysfunction (Sun Xuguang. 2015).
Inclusion criteria: age between 20 and 70 years old; able to cooperate with the operation; sign informed consent and participate voluntarily; follow-up for 6 months.

排除标准：

眼部存在结膜炎、角膜炎、葡萄膜炎、巩膜炎、睑腺炎、睑板腺囊肿等眼病正在治疗者；眼外伤所致眼睑结构不完整、眼睑瘢痕、眼睑局部畸形等；眼部存在占位等器质性病变；眼部存在外伤、出血、皮肤感染或是皮肤病；青光眼急性发作、眼底出血等；对雷火灸成分或是表面麻醉剂、氟米龙滴眼液等任一成分过敏；患有发热、严重心脑血管疾病、传染性疾病、孕妇等；具有糖尿病、关节炎、结缔组织病史及精神疾患、认知障碍等患者；目前正在服用非甾体类抗炎药或是激素类药物等患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who have eye diseases such as conjunctivitis, keratitis, uveitis, scleritis, meibomian gland cysts, etc. are being treated; eyelid structure is incomplete, eyelid scars, eyelid local deformities, etc. caused by eye trauma; eyelid is present Occupation and other organic diseases; eye trauma, hemorrhage, skin infection or skin disease; acute glaucoma, fundus bleeding, etc.; allergic to thunder fire moxibustion ingredients, topical anesthetics, fluorometholone eye drops, etc. ; Patients with fever, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases, pregnant women, etc.; patients with diabetes, arthritis, connective tissue history, mental illness, cognitive impairment, etc.; currently taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or hormones Class drugs and other patients.
