研究目的：

改良的口服营养补充方法改善炎性肠病患者的营养状况。  

Objectives of Study：

Improved oral nutritional supplementation improves nutritional status in patients with inflammatory bowel disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-65岁，炎性肠病缓解期患者；
2.NRS2002营养风险筛查3分及以上者；
3.预期进行营养支持时间在3个月；
4.配合调查与随访，神志清楚者；
5.书面签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-65 years old, patients with inflammatory bowel disease in remission;
2. NRS2002 nutritional risk screening score of 3 or above;
3. The expected time for nutritional support is 3 months;
4. Cooperate with investigation and follow-up, and be conscious;
5. Sign the informed consent in writing.

排除标准：

1.炎性肠病活动期患者；
2.有肠瘘、腹腔脓肿者；
3.糖尿病等代谢性疾病史，心脑血管及肝肾疾病史者；
4.不能经口进食或予以肠外营养支持者；
5.因各种原因终止口服补充营养者；
6.已经参加了其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with active inflammatory bowel disease;
2. Those with intestinal fistula and abdominal abscess;
3. History of metabolic diseases such as diabetes, history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases;
4. Those who cannot take oral food or receive parenteral nutrition support;
5. Terminate oral nutritional supplements for various reasons;
6. Those who have participated in other clinical trials.
