研究目的：

评价角膜绷带镜治疗MGD患者白内障术后干眼的临床效果，总结分析其有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical effect of keratoscopy in the treatment of MGD patients with dry eye after cataract surgery, and to summarize and analyze its effectiveness and safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、轻度MGD患者2、年龄相关性白内障患者；3、晶状体核硬度分级Ⅱ级；4、年龄45~80岁，性别不限；5、双眼先后行白内障手术者，仅纳入第一只眼；6、有正常认知能力，能配合问卷调查和相关眼科检查；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with mild MGD 2. Patients with age-related cataract; 3, lens nuclear hardness grade II; 4. Age from 45 to 80, no gender limitation; 5. For cataract surgery in both eyes, only the first eye was included; 6. Have normal cognitive ability and can cooperate with questionnaire survey and ophthalmic examination;

排除标准：

1、有较严重全身疾病患者；2、患有中、重度MGD或其他眼部疾病的患者，如眼部过敏、沙眼、类天疱疮、化学损伤、热烧伤、辐射损伤、眼睑异常（如眼睑内翻和外翻）、眼睑痉挛、低眼压、倒睫和上睑下垂、Sj?gren综合征、青光眼或高眼压；3、眼部手术或眼外伤史；4、试验前1周内局部或全身使用过糖皮质激素或者非固醇类抗炎药以及免疫抑制剂；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious systemic diseases; 2. Patients with moderate or severe MGD or other eye diseases, such as ocular allergy, trachoma, pemphigoid, chemical injury, heat burn, radiation injury, eyelid abnormalities (such as varus and eversion of eyelid), blepharospasm, hypoocular pressure, trichiasis and ptosis, Sjogren's syndrome, glaucoma or high ocular pressure; 3. History of eye surgery or eye trauma; 4. Local or systemic use of glucocorticoids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and immunosuppressants within 1 week before the trial;
