探讨非疤痕子宫和疤痕子宫剖宫产术中预防性应用缩宫素的量效关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Discussion on oxytocin dose-effect relationship during cesarean section of non-scarred uterus and scarred uterus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ASA I -II，年龄18－50岁，单胎妊娠，非疤痕子宫，疤痕子宫，择期剖宫产病人，腹部横切口，半身麻醉病人，麻醉平面T4-T6。

Inclusion criteria

ASA I or II, aged 18 and 50 years, singleton pregnancies, scar uterus and the first time elective CD with a Pfannensteil incision. All enrolled patients received spinal anaesthesia and level of anesthesia is T4-T6.

排除标准：

进入产程孕妇,羊膜早破，缩宫素过敏，严重产科合并症（妊娠期高血压，子痫前期），预知的产后出血高危因素（胎盘异常，巨大儿，子宫肌瘤，产后宫缩乏力和出血病史），先天性和获得性凝血功能障碍，血小板减少症（血小板计数<100*109）。

Exclusion criteria：

Active labour, ruptured membranes, known drug allergy to oxytocin, significant obstetric disease (including pregnancy-induced hypertension or pre-eclampsia), known risk factors for postpartum haemorrhage (including abnormal placentation, giant gestation, uterine fibroids, history of postpartum haemorrhage or uterine atony), inherited or acquired coagulation disorder, and thrombocytopenia (platelet count ,100 *10^9).
