研究目的：

本研究利用新型前列腺特异性膜抗原显像剂：18F-(FAl)-PSMA在临床进行PET/CT及PET/MR显像，旨在进行： 1.对临床怀疑前列腺癌患者及前列腺癌根治术后生化复发患者进行显像诊断； 2.对前列腺癌进行早期诊断或对临床已确诊前列腺癌患者进行分期； 3.对前列腺癌根治术后生化复发患者进行再分期（局部复发及远端转移的诊断）； 4.采用传统18F-DCFPyL对照，比较两者的一致性关系。  

Objectives of Study：

This study uses a novel prostate-specific membrane antigen imaging agent: 18F-(FAI)-PSMA to perform PET/CT and PET/MR imaging in clinical practice, aiming to: 1. Imaging diagnosis of patients with clinically suspected prostate cancer and patients with biochemical recurrence after radical prostatectomy; 2. Early diagnosis of prostate cancer or staging of clinically diagnosed prostate cancer patients; 3. Restaging patients with biochemical recurrence after radical prostatectomy (diagnosis of local recurrence and distant metastasis); 4. Use the traditional 18F-DCFPyL control to compare the consistency relationship between the two.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①PSA、常规影像检查提示PCa；②近期未进行任何前列腺有创检查或治疗；③外院（一次或多次）活检结果均为阴性仍然高度怀疑PCa时，PET/CT/MRI检查应在穿刺30天后进行（避免穿刺部位影响）；④计划在本院进行穿刺活检取得病理结果（类型、位置、Gleason分级及分值等）的患者。
2.前列腺癌术后生化复发患者
①前列腺根治性根除术后血清PSA水平≥0.1 ng/ml的患者；②首次PET/CT/MR检查应在内分泌治疗药物治疗或放射性治疗前进行；③计划在本院对PET/MR探测到病灶进行穿刺活检或手术切除，即可取得病理结果的病人；完成PET/CT/MR检查及治疗后计划行第2次PET/CT/MRI或其它影像手段进行随诊的病人。

Inclusion criteria

1. Primary prostate cancer
Inclusion criteria: ① PSA, PCA prompted by routine imaging examination; ② No recent invasive examination or treatment of prostate; ③ PET / CT / MRI should be performed 30 days after puncture (to avoid the influence of puncture site) when the biopsy results in the external hospital (one or more times) are negative and PCA is still highly suspected; ④ Patients who plan to perform biopsy in our hospital and obtain pathological results (type, location, Gleason grade and score, etc.).
2. Patients with biochemical recurrence after prostate cancer surgery
Inclusion criteria: ① patients with serum PSA level ≥ 0.1 ng / ml after radical prostatectomy; ② The first pet / CT / MR examination should be performed before endocrine therapy, drug therapy or radiotherapy; ③ Patients who plan to perform puncture biopsy or surgical resection of the lesions detected by PET / MR in our hospital to obtain pathological results; Patients who plan to follow up with PET / CT / MRI or other imaging methods after completing PET / CT / MR examination and treatment.

排除标准：

①体内含有心脏起搏器、除颤器、助听器、胰岛素泵等金属植入物的患者；②不能耐受PET/CT/MRI检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with metal implants such as cardiac pacemaker, defibrillator, hearing aid and insulin pump; ② Patients who cannot tolerate PET / CT / MRI.
