研究目的：

通过纳入西部农村地区多中心的中学生（第七年级新生），调查该地区青少年焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍现状，回顾性（小学期间）探讨影响青少年焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍的影响因素，前瞻性（观察期限1年）观察该地区青少年焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍的影响因素，并构建该疾病预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

By including middle school students (freshmen in the seventh grade) from multi-centers in the western rural areas, to investigate the current situation of anxiety disorders and depressive disorders among adolescents in this area. A retrospective (during primary school) study was conducted to explore the influencing factors of adolescent anxiety disorder and depressive disorder, and a prospective (1-year observation period) to observe the influencing factors of adolescent anxiety disorder and depressive disorder in this area, and to construct a predictive model of the disease.

纳入标准：

1.西部农村地区学校正式入学的初一学生；
2.能够独立完成自评问卷调查；
3.自愿参与并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. First-year junior high school students who are officially enrolled in schools in the western rural areas;
2. Able to independently complete self-assessment questionnaires;
3. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.
