研究目的：

主要目的： 1.探索骨科手术导航系统辅助膝关节置换手术的安全性； 2.探索骨科手术导航系统辅助膝关节置换手术的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. Explore the safety of orthopedic surgery navigation system assisted knee replacement surgery; 2. To explore the effectiveness of orthopaedic surgery navigation system to assist knee replacement surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)21周岁≤实际年龄＜75周岁；
(2)能够进行外科手术并能够配合完成后续随访，有良好的依从性；
(3)需进行单侧膝关节置换；
(4)有功能性良好的韧带；
(5)自愿参加本试验并书面签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 21 years old ≤ actual age <75 years old;
(2) Be able to perform surgical operations and cooperate to complete the follow-up follow-up, with good compliance;
(3) Unilateral knee replacement is required;
(4) There are ligaments with good function;
(5) Volunteer to participate in this trial and sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1)同侧下肢主要关节（髋和膝关节）曾经进行置换术的受试者；
(2)近3个月内参与过其他研究性药物或器械临床研究者。
(3)固定性屈曲挛缩或内翻畸形大于 15 °；
(4)存在髋关节或踝关节的强直畸形；
(5)已知或者怀疑对聚乙烯、钛、钴、铬或者含铁元素材料过敏的；
(6)受试者呈免疫抑制状态，患有自身免疫疾病或者免疫抑制障碍；
(7)受试者由于疾病（如肿瘤、重度骨质疏松、或者代谢性骨病等）导致无法支撑和/或固定假体；
(8)不能理解参与研究的要求，或不能完成研究随访计划；
(9)其他研究者认为不适合本临床研究的情形。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Subjects who have undergone replacement of the major joints (hip and knee joints) of the lower limbs on the same side;
(2) Those who have participated in the clinical research of other investigational drugs or devices in the past 3 months.
(3) Fixed flexion contracture or varus deformity greater than 15 °;
(4) Ankylosis of the hip or ankle joint exists;
(5) Known or suspected of being allergic to polyethylene, titanium, cobalt, chromium or materials containing iron elements;
(6) The subject is in an immunosuppressive state, suffering from an autoimmune disease or immunosuppressive disorder;
(7) The subject is unable to support and/or fix the prosthesis due to disease (such as tumor, severe osteoporosis, or metabolic bone disease, etc.);
(8) Unable to understand the requirements for participating in the research, or unable to complete the research follow-up plan;
(9) Situations deemed unsuitable for this clinical study by other researchers.
