Objectives of Study：

To propose a precise treatment plan for urinary catheter-related urinary tract infection in the elderly.

纳入标准：

1、年龄≥60 岁；
2、符合导尿管相关尿路感染者（含膀胱造瘘）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 60 years;
2. Patients with catheter-related urinary tract infection (including cystostomy).

排除标准：

1、相关资料不全或研究期间死亡者；
2、拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with incomplete relevant information or those who died during the study;
2. Refuse to sign the informed consent.
