研究目的：

评价高频振动理疗仪对冷冻减脂术后疼痛管理的疗效及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of high frequency vibration physiotherapy instrument in pain management after cryolipolysis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄 18 周岁-65 周岁，亚洲人群，男女不限，皮下局部脂肪堆积厚度≥2cm；
2) 腹部治疗区使用 Coolmax 手具，可以耐受治疗开始后前 5 分钟的牵拉、疼痛不适，冷冻杯软组织吸入量≥50%；
3）能够在术后遵医嘱使用高频振动理疗仪；
4）能够遵医嘱控制饮食，适当运动，稳定体重；
5) 自愿参加本研究并自愿签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 18-65, Asian, male and female, subcutaneous local fat accumulation thickness ≥2cm;
2) Coolmax is used in the abdominal treatment area, which can tolerate pulling, pain and discomfort in the first 5 minutes after the treatment, and the soft tissue inhalation volume of the cryocup is ≥50%;
3) Be able to use high frequency vibration therapy instrument in accordance with the doctor's advice after surgery;
4) Can follow the doctor's advice to control diet, appropriate exercise, stable weight;
5) Voluntarily participate in this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent

排除标准：

1) BMI≥30
2) 合并全身系统性疾病者，如心血管疾病、血栓形成、肾结石患者、糖尿病、肝肾功能异常、血液系统异常、传染性疾病等；
3) 合并低温诱导性疾病者如冷球蛋白血症、冷凝集素病、阵发性寒冷性血红蛋白尿、雷诺氏综合征等
4) 治疗区及附近有皮肤病、肿瘤或变态反应疾病；合并其他如病理性肥胖、严重精神疾病
5) 治疗及周边区域 6 个月内曾接受过其他减脂治疗或手术，存在瘢痕、疝气等情况
6) 妊娠及哺乳期者
7) 口服或外用镇静止痛、减脂药物、设备，包括针灸、中医、专业按摩、热疗、光疗等

Exclusion criteria：

1) BMI≥30
2) patients with systemic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, thrombosis, kidney stones, diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction, blood system abnormalities, infectious diseases, etc.
3) Patients with hypothermia induced diseases, such as cryoglobulinemia, cold agglutinin disease, paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria, Reynolds syndrome, etc
4) Skin diseases, tumors or allergic diseases in and around the treatment area; Combined with other diseases, such as pathological obesity and serious mental illness
5) The treatment and surrounding areas have received other fat reduction treatment or surgery within 6 months, and there are scars, hernias, etc
6) Pregnant and lactating
7) Oral or external sedative pain, lipid reducing drugs and equipment, including acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, professional massage, hyperthermia, phototherapy, etc
