研究目的：

评价江苏暖阳医疗器械有限公司生产的颅内动脉瘤血流导向支架系统的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the intracranial aneurysm blood flow guiding stent system produced by Jiangsu Nuanyang Medical Instrument Co., Ltd.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

大型动脉瘤组入选标准：：
1）受试者自愿签署知情同意书；
2）年龄为 18~75 岁（含），性别不限；
3）CTA、MRA、DSA 诊断为颈内动脉及椎动脉未破裂的动脉瘤患者，术前经
DSA 确诊为动脉瘤瘤颈≥4mm 且瘤体最大径≥10mm；
4）靶病变血管直径 2 mm-6.5mm；
5）依从性良好，愿意并且能够按要求进行治疗及随访观察。
小型动脉瘤组入选标准：
1）受试者自愿签署知情同意书；
2）年龄为 18~75 岁（含），性别不限；
3）CTA、MRA、DSA 诊断为颈内动脉及椎动脉未破裂的动脉瘤患者，术前经
DSA 确诊动脉瘤为小型宽颈（颈宽≥4mm 或体颈比<2）的囊性或梭形动脉瘤；
4）靶病变血管直径 2 mm-6.5mm；
5）依从性良好，愿意并且能够按要求进行治疗及随访观察。
备注：小型动脉瘤指的是动脉瘤最大径＜10mm 的宽颈动脉瘤。

Inclusion criteria

Selection criteria for large aneurysm group:
1) Subjects voluntarily sign an informed consent form;
2) Age is 18~75 years old (inclusive), gender is not limited;
3) CTA, MRA, DSA diagnosed as unruptured internal carotid artery and vertebral artery aneurysm.
DSA is diagnosed as aneurysm neck ≥ 4mm and maximum tumor diameter ≥ 10mm;
4) The diameter of the target disease vessel is 2 mm-6.5mm;
5) Good compliance, willing and able to perform treatment and follow-up observation as required.
Selection criteria for the small aneurysm group:
1) Subjects voluntarily sign an informed consent form;
2) Age is 18~75 years old (inclusive), gender is not limited;
3) CTA, MRA, DSA diagnosed as unruptured internal carotid artery and vertebral artery aneurysm.
DSA diagnosed aneurysm as a small wide-necked cystic or fusiform aneurysm (neck width ≥ 4mm or body-to-neck ratio <2);
4) The diameter of the target disease vessel is 2 mm-6.5mm;
5) Good compliance, willing and able to perform treatment and follow-up observation as required.
Note: A small aneurysm refers to a wide-necked aneurysm with the largest diameter of the aneurysm <10mm.

排除标准：

1）无合适的血管入路的患者；
2）与 AVM、MMD 相关的动脉瘤；
3）30 天内破裂动脉瘤；
4）应用一枚 FD 不能完全覆盖的多发动脉瘤；
5）既往应用颅内支架植入治疗的复发动脉瘤；
6）研究者认为其他不适宜支架输送和展开的病变（如病变血管过于迂曲、支架
无法达到病变部位等）；
7）30 天内发生过出血性或缺血性脑卒中的患者；
8）计划在 30 天内进行外科手术的患者；
9）术前 mRS 评分＞2 分；
10）患者预期寿命小于 12 个月；
11）无法接受抗血小板聚集或抗凝治疗的患者；
12）有明确镍钛合金及钴铬合金材料过敏史的患者；
13）对造影介质过敏的患者；
14）哺乳期或妊娠期妇女；
15）入选前参加过其他药物或医疗器械临床试验而未达到主要研究终点时限
者；
16）受试者合并的其他疾病限制其参加研究，不能依从随访或影响研究的科学
性完整性；
17）研究者认为患者不适宜参与本次研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients without suitable vascular access;
2) Aneurysms related to AVM and MMD;
3) Rupture aneurysm within 30 days;
4) Application of multiple aneurysms that cannot be completely covered by FD;
5) Recurrent aneurysms that have been treated with intracranial stent implantation;
6) The investigator believes that other diseases that are not suitable for stent delivery and deployment (such as the diseased blood vessel is too tortuous, the stent
Unable to reach the lesion site, etc.);
7) Patients who have had hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke within 30 days;
8) Patients who plan to undergo surgery within 30 days;
9) Preoperative mRS score> 2 points;
10) The life expectancy of the patient is less than 12 months;
11) Patients who cannot receive antiplatelet aggregation or anticoagulation therapy;
12) Patients with a clear history of allergy to nickel-titanium alloy and cobalt-chromium alloy materials;
13) Patients who are allergic to contrast media;
14) Women during lactation or pregnancy;
15) Participated in clinical trials of other drugs or medical devices before being selected but did not reach the time limit of the primary research endpoint
