研究目的：

通过胃癌病人术后病理结果、临床预后情况、生存质量等方面，比较传统的医生诊疗方式与基于深度学习的胃癌淋巴结自动检测平台的评估结果，着重比较两者依据病理金标准的诊断差异；对治疗方式干预后的预后差异；对患者生存情况的影响等。明确基于深度学习的胃癌淋巴结自动检测平台的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the postoperative pathological results, clinical prognosis and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer, the results of traditional doctors' diagnosis and treatment methods and deep learning-based lymph node auto-detection platform are compared, and the differences between the two are compared according to the pathological gold standard. Differences in prognosis after treatment intervention; effects on patient survival. The clinical application value of the automatic detection platform for gastric cancer lymph nodes based on deep learning was clarified.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.年龄在40-70岁的胃癌患者
2.患者已行上腹部增强CT
3.患者首次诊疗，未行手术、放化疗
4.签署知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1. Gastric cancer patients aged 40-70 years old;
2. Has performed upper abdominal enhancement CT;
3. patient accepts first treatment without surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

排除标准：

1.合并糖尿病、风湿免疫性疾病、严重的心脑肾等系统性疾病
3.影像证实存在盆腔器官异形
4.行盆腔其他手术

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with diabetes, rheumatic immune diseases, severe heart, brain and kidney systemic diseases;
2. The image confirms the presence of pelvic organ abnormalities;
3. receipted other pelvic surgery.
