主要目的：探讨深肌松低气腹压对机器人前列腺癌根治术患者各脏器的保护作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To investigate protective effect of deep neuromuscular blockade and low intraabdominal pressures on organs of patients robot-assisted radical prostatectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拟行机器人辅助腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者；
2.65≤年龄≤80岁；
3.自愿签署知情书，且可配合临床医疗工作者；
4.体重指数（BMI）18-28kg*m-2；
5.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级为Ⅱ- Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who are going to undergo robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy;
2.Aged 65 to 80 years;
3. Voluntarily sign an informed letter and cooperate with clinical medical workers;
4. Body mass index (BMI) 18-28kg*m-2;
5. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is classified as II-III.

排除标准：

1.伴有严重精神病症者；
2.合并重要脏器功能障碍者，如肾脏、肝脏及心脏等；
3.有慢性疼痛史、滥用化学物质或对本试验中使用的药物过敏；
4.在研究的任何阶段想要离开并且没有签署研究同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe mental illness;
2. Combined with dysfunction of important organs, such as kidney, liver and heart;
3. Have a history of chronic pain, abuse of chemical substances, or allergy to the drugs used in this trial;
4. Patients who want to leave at any stage of the study and have not signed the study consent form.
