探索青光眼小梁切除术后滤过泡功能调控的新方法和作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore new methods and mechanisms of filtering bleb function regulation after glaucoma trabeculectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合中国青光眼专家共识中闭角型青光眼的诊断标准（2018版）；
2. 术前检查患者房角关闭大于180度；
3. 术前在门诊已经进行抗青光眼药物的帮助，但仍不能有效控制眼压或视野缺损进展。

Inclusion criteria

1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria for angle-closure glaucoma in the consensus of Chinese glaucoma experts (2018 edition);
2. Check that the angle of the patients chamber is greater than 180 degrees before surgery;
3. Anti-glaucoma drugs have been given in the outpatient clinic before the operation, but the intraocular pressure still cannot be effectively controlled.

排除标准：

1. 合并其他眼部疾病；
2. 曾行青光眼手术以外的其他眼部手术；
3. 合并没有得到控制的全身疾病；
4. 不能配合复查和随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with other congenital eye anomalies;
2. With a history of eye surgeries other than glaucoma surgery;
3. Complicated with uncontrolled systemic diseases;
4. Could not finish the whole-course follow-up.
