研究目的：

主要目的：通过对早期乳腺癌患者使用槐耳颗粒的情况进行回顾性分析，探讨常规治疗的基础上联合槐耳颗粒对乳腺癌患者生存预后方面的影响，对槐耳颗粒的有效性进行评价，为槐耳颗粒的临床应用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Through retrospective analysis of the use of Huaier granules in patients with early breast cancer, to explore the effect of conventional treatment combined with Huaier granule on the survival and prognosis of breast cancer patients, to evaluate the effectiveness of Huaier granule, to provide a basis for the clinical application of Huaier granule.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

药物成分：槐耳菌质。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Pharmaceutical ingredients: Huaier fungal substance. 

纳入标准：

1.2009年1月1日至2017年8月30日我院住院病案中乳腺恶性肿瘤的患者；
2.年龄18-75岁；
3.病理诊断为浸润性癌；
4.明确病理诊断的患者；
5.接受手术治疗及综合治疗，治疗记录完整的患者；
6.依从性良好，能配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with breast cancer in our hospital's inpatient medical records from January 1, 2009 to August 30, 2017;
2.Aged 18 to 75 years;
3.The pathological diagnosis is invasive carcinoma;
4.Identify pathologically diagnosed patients;
5.Patients who received surgical treatment and comprehensive treatment with complete treatment records;
6.Good compliance, able to cooperate with follow-up.

排除标准：

1.合并其他肿瘤的患者；
2.合并有肝、肾、心及造血系统等严重疾病的患者；合并严重的循环系统、呼吸系统、消化系统、血液系统、泌尿系统、神经系统、内分泌系统疾病，研究者认为该患者其他系统的严重疾病将影响本研究结果者；
3.病历资料严重缺失的患者；
4.失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with other tumors;
2.Patients with serious diseases such as liver, kidney, heart and hematopoietic system; patients with serious diseases of the circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive system, blood system, urinary system, nervous system, and endocrine system, the researchers believe that the patient has other systems of serious illnesses that would affect the results of this study;
3.Patients with serious missing medical records;
4.Lost to follow-up.
