Main purpose: explore the whole genome sequencing of Sjogren's syndrome families and analyze the pathogenic genes.

纳入标准：

1.受试者家族患病5例，年龄41-75岁；
2.未发病3例，年龄12-38岁，其中未成年1例，

Inclusion criteria

1.The subjects had 5 cases of family disease, aged 41 to 75 years old;
2.3 cases did not have the disease, aged 12 to 38 years old, of which 1 case was a minor.
