本研究的目的是探索ERM在溃疡性结肠炎发病机制中的作用，为临床诊治溃疡性结肠炎提供新的靶点，以期将来治愈溃疡性结肠炎。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the role of ERM in the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis, and to provide new targets for clinical diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative colitis, with a view to curing ulcerative colitis in the future.
