研究目的：

1.探讨骨髓移植后眼慢性移植物抗宿主病(cGVHD)患者角膜上皮细胞变化与眼表参数和泪液炎症因子水平的相关性，来验证confocal作为一种上皮缺损检测手段的必要性。 2.进一步阐明cGVHD患者眼部上皮改变的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the correlation of corneal epithelial cell changes with ocular surface parameters and tear inflammatory factors in patients with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) after bone marrow transplantation to verify the necessity of confocal as an epithelial defect detection method. 2. To further clarify the mechanism of ocular epithelial changes in cGVHD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为眼部慢性移植物抗宿主病；
2.首次就诊；
3.未接受局部免疫抑制剂治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed as ocular chronic graft-versus-host disease;
2. First visit to a doctor;
3. Not receiving local immunosuppressive therapy.

排除标准：

1.在过去六个月内做过眼科手术；
2.其他眼部疾病（自身免疫性疾病、青光眼、感染、视网膜病、过敏、白内障眼外伤等）；
3.由于身体和/或精神状况不佳无法接受共聚焦显微镜检查；
4.病案不全；
5.无法进行随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Eye surgery within the past six months;
2. Other eye diseases (autoimmune diseases, glaucoma, infection, retinopathy, allergy, cataract eye trauma, etc.);
3. Unable to undergo confocal microscopy due to poor physical and/or mental condition;
4. Incomplete medical records;
5. Unable to follow up.
