研究目的：

1.明确小脑TMS是否能够影响健康人的吞咽功能； 2.了解小脑TMS干预后健康人皮质核束兴奋性是否发生改变，变化如何。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To determine whether cerebellar TMS can affect the swallowing function of healthy people; 2. To understand whether the excitability of cortical nucleus tracts of healthy people changes after cerebellar TMS intervention, and how.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.平素体健，无任何精神或神经系统疾病病史，无头颈部外伤、肿瘤、手术史，无心、肺、肝、胰、肾等脏器的严重疾病；
2.经 EAT-10 量表筛查无吞咽障碍；
3.年龄 18-80 岁；
4.无认知功能障碍或言语功能障碍，自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Generally healthy, without any history of mental or nervous system diseases, no history of head and neck trauma, tumors, operations, and no serious diseases of the heart, lung, liver, pancreas, kidney and other organs;
2. No swallowing disorder screened by the EAT-10 scale;
3. Aged 18-80 years;
4. No cognitive dysfunction or speech dysfunction, voluntarily signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有大脑皮质或皮质下、脑干、小脑、颅神经等神经系统病变，有脑外伤、肿瘤、感染等可能诱发癫痫的疾病；
2.入组前 1 个月内服用过促胃肠动力剂、H2 受体阻滞剂、镇静剂、止痛剂、抗抑郁药物及抗胆碱能药物等，有咽喉肿瘤、胃肠动力疾病病史，有严重心肺肾疾病史；
3.体内植入或留有金属物品如人工耳蜗、动脉瘤夹、支架者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are neurological lesions such as cerebral cortex or subcortical, brain stem, cerebellum, cranial nerves, etc., and diseases that may induce epilepsy such as traumatic brain injury, tumor, infection;
2. Those who have taken gastrointestinal motility agents, H2 receptor blockers, sedatives, analgesics, antidepressants and anticholinergic drugs within 1 month before enrollment, have a history of throat tumor, gastrointestinal motility disease, and a history of severe heart, lung and kidney disease;
3. Implanted or left metal objects such as cochlear implants, aneurysm clips, stents.

本研究为同一受试者先后3次到访，接受3种不同类型的干预，每次间隔1周以上，每次到访所采用的干预为随机序列生成。
