研究目的：

1.探索抗病毒药物对慢性乙肝“携带者”的远期预后影响 2.探索影响慢性乙肝“携带者”的远期预后的因素  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the effect of antiviral drugs on the long-term prognosis of chronic hepatitis B carriers 2. To explore the factors affecting the long-term prognosis of chronic hepatitis B carriers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合乙型肝炎感染的诊断标准（有记录显示 HBsAg阳性 6 个月以上，或肝组织活检证实）
2.以ALT为代表肝功能指标正常
3.肝脏病理：G＜2；S＜2
4.没有乙肝相关的临床症状及体征

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of hepatitis B infection (records showed that HBsAg was positive for more than 6 months, or liver biopsy confirmed)
2. With ALT as the representative, the index of liver function was normal.
3.Liver pathology: G < 2 / S < 2
4. There are no clinical symptoms and signs related to hepatitis B.

排除标准：

(1)没有随访记录，临床资料不全者;
(2)合并恶性肿瘤、HIV感染者;
(3)合并其他病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝病、药物性肝病等其他肝脏疾病;
(4) 临床诊断为肝衰竭或肝硬化失代偿期（Child—Pugh B、C 级，已发生食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血、肝性脑病、腹水等严重并发症）;
(5)临床诊断肝细胞癌或不能排除肝细胞癌诊断或血清甲胎蛋白大于100μg/L；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) lack of follow-up records and incomplete clinical data;
(2) complicated with malignant tumor and HIV infection;
(3) complicated with other liver diseases such as other viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced liver disease;
(4) clinically diagnosed as liver failure or decompensated stage of liver cirrhosis (Child-PughB, C grade, serious complications such as esophageal and gastric varices bleeding, hepatic encephalopathy, ascites and so on).
(5) the clinical diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma may not rule out the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma or the sign of serum alpha-fetoprotein greater than 100 μ g.
