研究目的：

1. 构建针对养老机构衰弱老年人群的园艺活动干预方案； 2. 对养老机构衰弱老年人群实施园艺活动干预方案； 3. 评价园艺活动干预对养老机构衰弱老年人群的衰弱的水平、躯体功能和生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To construct an intervention program of horticultural activities for the frail elderly in nursing homes; 2. To implement horticultural activities intervention program for the frail elderly in nursing homes; 3. To evaluate the effects of horticultural intervention on the level of frail, physical function and quality of life of the frail elderly in nursing homes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥60岁；
2. 中文版Tilburg衰弱量表得分≥5分；
3. 意识清晰，能正常沟通并配合完成评估；
4. 自愿参与本课题；
5. 能够完成本研究的步行测试。

Inclusion criteria

1. >= 60 years old;
2. Chinese version of the Tilburg Frailty Indicator >= 5 points;
3. Consciousness, normal communication and cooperate with the evaluation;
4. Voluntary participation;
5. Can complete the walking test of this study.

排除标准：

1. 严重视力及听力障碍、沟通困难；
2. 患有其他危重疾病无法配合干预的患者；
3. 疾病终末期，预期寿命＜6个月；
4. 同时参加其他研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious vision and hearing disorder, difficult communication;
2. Patients with other critical diseases cannot cooperate with intervention;
3. Disease terminus, expected life < 6 months;
4. At the same time, participate in other research.

采用便利抽样的方式，选取郑州市两家养老机构，其在规模，服务类型，配置，文化环境等方面相似，采用抛硬币的方式随机选择一家养老机构作为实施干预的机构，另外一家养老机构作为对照研究的机构，在相同的纳入排除标准下，选取本研究的研究对象，分别组成干预组与对照组。

Convenience sampling is adopted to select two nursing homes in Zhengzhou city, which are similar in size, service type, configuration and cultural environment.
