研究目的：

采用清热除湿汤口服治疗急性期带状疱疹肝经郁热证，研究其临床效果及安全性，为治疗带状疱疹探寻疗效确切、安全、易推广的中医疗法。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the clinical effect and safety of Qing Re Chu Shi Decoction (QDD) in treating acute herpes zoster with stagnation of liver meridian and heat syndrome, in order to explore the effective, safe and easy to popularize traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of herpes zoster.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)同时符合上述3条带状疱疹肝经郁热证诊断标准者;
(2)18岁<年龄<70岁；
(3)出现疱疹在1—7天内，未经过治疗者（包括中西药、针灸等治疗）；
(4)签署知情同意书，同意接受本课题组各种治疗方法，服从课题组安排者。
注:同时符合以上4项的患者，方可纳入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Those who accord with the above three diagnostic criteria of stagnation-heat syndrome of the liver meridian of herpes zoster;
(2) Aged 18 to 70 years old;
(3) Herpes occurs within 1-7 days without treatment (including Chinese and Western medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion, etc.);
(4) Signing the informed consent, agreeing to accept the various treatment methods of our group, and obeying the arrangement of our group.

排除标准：

(1)属于带状疱疹的特殊类型，包括眼、耳带状疱疹、内脏带状疱疹、脑膜带状疱疹、泛发性带状疱疹、无疹型带状疱疹；
(2)妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
(3)过敏体质及对多种药物过敏者；
(4)合并急性的心脑血管、肝肾、造血系统等原发性疾病者；
(5)多脏器功能衰竭、恶性肿瘤、精神病、结缔组织病、活动性肺结核患者；
(6)病情危重（如高热、神智障碍等），难以对治疗的有效性和安全性做出确切评价者；
(7)一个月内应用过皮质类固醇激素或免疫抑制剂者。
注:凡符合上述任何一项者，均应排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) It belongs to the special type of herpes zoster, including eye, ear, visceral herpes zoster, meningeal herpes zoster, generalized herpes zoster and herpes zoster zoster without eruption;
(2) Pregnant or lactating women;
(3) allergic constitution and allergic patients;
(4) Complicated with acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney, hematopoietic system and other primary diseases;
(5) Patients with multiple organ failure, malignant tumors, psychosis, connective tissue disease and active pulmonary tuberculosis;
(6) It is difficult to evaluate the efficacy and safety of treatment for patients with critical illness (such as high fever, mental disorder, etc.);
(7) Those who had used corticosteroids or immunosuppressive agents within one month.
