研究目的：

通过对甲状腺结节患者进行多模态磁共振扫描，提取磁共振多参数及影像组学特征，探讨其在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断及颈部淋巴结转移预测的价值，并建立相关预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and stability of multiparameter MRI and radiomics in the diagnosis of thyroid papillary carcinoma and the prediction of cervical lymph node metastasis, and to establish the relevant prediction model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 经聊城市人民医院两腺外科医生诊疗发现的患有甲状腺结节并有手术指征的200位行甲状腺MR检查的患者；
2. 患者的甲状腺结节为单发或多发，位于腺体的单侧或双侧；
3. 患者病历资料完善。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with thyroid nodules with surgical indications diagnosed and treated by two gland surgeons in Liaocheng people's hospital underwent thyroid MR examination;
2. The thyroid nodules were single or multiple, located on one or both sides of the gland;
3. The patient's medical records were complete.

排除标准：

1. 年龄小于18岁；
2. 有磁共振禁忌症如：孕妇，体内金属植入物及幽闭恐惧症，患者拒绝参与本研究；
3. 图像质量差，伪影多，难以提取影像组学特征者；
4. 患者病灶范围直径小于0.5cm，影响ROI定位；
5. 术后病理诊断为非甲状腺乳头状癌的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Less than 18 years old;
2. Patients with contraindications to MRI, such as pregnant women, metal implants and claustrophobia, refused to participate in this study;
3. Poor image quality, many artifacts and difficult to extract image omics features;
4. The diameter of the lesion was less than 0.5 cm, which affected the localization of ROI;
5. Patients with postoperative pathological diagnosis of non thyroid papillary carcinoma.
