研究目的：

(1)评估家庭尊严疗法在提高晚期癌症患者的尊严感、希望水平、促进心理生理健康和减少社会心理困扰方面的有效性； (2)评估家庭尊严疗法在提高家庭照顾者的希望水平、增加创伤后成长和减少社会心理困扰方面的有效性； (3)评估中国背景下家庭尊严疗法的可行性和可接受性；  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Assess the effectiveness of family dignity therapy in improving the sense of dignity and hope of terminal cancer patients, promoting mental and physical health, and reducing social and psychological distress; (2) Assess the effectiveness of family dignity therapy in improving the hope level of family caregivers, increasing post-traumatic growth and reducing social and psychological distress; (3) Assess the feasibility and acceptability of family dignity therapy in the Chinese context;

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者纳入标准：(1)确诊为晚期癌症（晚期癌症定义）
(2)年龄≥18周岁
(3)确诊时间超过1个月
(4)知晓自己的疾病诊断、病情及治疗
(5)患者有完整的语言表达能力和理解力
(6)愿意参加本研究,自愿签署知情同意书
家庭照护者纳入标准：
(1)患者认为该成员是他们的主要或可信赖的照顾者
(2)知晓患者的的疾病诊断、病情及治疗
(3)患者有完整的语言表达能力和理解力
(4)愿意参加本研究,自愿签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Patient inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with advanced cancer (definition of advanced cancer)
(2) Age ≥ 18 years old
(3) The diagnosis time is more than 1 month
(4) Know your disease diagnosis, condition and treatment
(5) The patient has complete language skills and understanding
(6) Willing to participate in this research and voluntarily sign an informed consent form
Inclusion criteria for family caregivers:
(1) The patient believes that the member is their main or trusted caregiver
(2) Know the patient's disease diagnosis, condition and treatment
(3) The patient has complete language skills and understanding
(4) Willing to participate in this research and voluntarily sign an informed consent form

排除标准：

患者排除标准：(1)合并其他严重并发症及重要脏器损伤
(2)预期生存寿命小于两周
(3)接受抗焦虑、抗抑郁药物治疗
(4)患有精神疾病，交流障碍的患者
(5)三个月之内接受过其他心理关怀
家庭照护者排除标准：
(1)患有癌症等重大疾病或长期患有各种慢性病
(2)接受抗焦虑、抗抑郁药物治疗
(3)患有精神疾病，交流障碍的患者
(4)三个月之内接受过其他心理关怀

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for patients: (1) Combined with other serious complications and damage to important organs
(2) Life expectancy is less than two weeks
(3) Receive anti-anxiety and anti-depressant medication
(4) Patients suffering from mental illness and communication disorders
(5) Received other psychological care within three months
Exclusion criteria for family caregivers:
(1) Suffer from major diseases such as cancer or chronic diseases for a long time
