研究目的：

比较 Scott Triggers 评分表与 Braden 量表对手术患者压力性 损伤发生的评估效果,为临床选择合适的评估工具提供参考 ，合理有效的利用医疗资源.  

Objectives of Study：

A comparison was made between the Scott Triggers scale and the Braden Scale for the assessment of stress injury in surgical patients. To provide reference for clinical selection of appropriate assessment tools, reasonable and effective use of medical resources

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①骨科脊柱手术的患者；②年龄≥18岁；③手术时间≥3h；④住院时间≥3天；⑤择期手术；⑥全麻患者；

Inclusion criteria

① Patients undergoing orthopedic spine surgery; ② Age ≥18 years; ③ Operation time ≥3h; ④ Hospital stay ≥3 days; ⑤ Elective surgery; ⑥ Patients with general anesthesia;

排除标准：

①术前已患压力性损伤的患者；②患者患有影响皮肤观察的皮肤病，例如系统性红斑狼疮和银屑病等③感染或严重水肿患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients who had suffered from stress injury before surgery; ② Patients with skin diseases that affect skin observation, such as systemic lupus erythematosus and psoriasis ③ patients with infection or severe edema.
