研究目的：

主要研究目的： 评价舌黏膜-SIS 间断拼接材料补片修复中上段长段（>2 cm）及复杂多段(＞6 cm)输尿管 狭窄的有效性，达到既减少舌黏膜取材，又能够修复长段复杂输尿管狭窄的目的。总结技术要 点，临床推广应用。 次要研究目的： 1）评价舌黏膜-SIS 间断拼接材料补片修复中上段长段（>2 cm）及复杂多段(＞6 cm)输 尿管狭窄术后重建段输尿管功能恢复情况。 2）评价舌黏膜-SIS 间断拼接材料补片修复中上段长段（>2 cm）及复杂多段(＞6 cm)输尿 管狭窄的安全性和耐受性。  

Objectives of Study：

The main research objectives: To evaluate the effectiveness of lingual mucosa-SIS intermittent splicing graft patch to repair the upper and middle segment of long (>2 cm) and complex multi-segment (>6 cm) ureteral strictures, so as to reduce the harvest of lingual mucosa substituted grafts in the reconstruction of long and complex ureteral strictures, and finally to summarize the main point of operative technique and further promote clinical application. The secondary research objectives: 1) To evaluate the recovery of ureteral physiological function after operative reconstruction with using lingual mucosa-SIS intermittent splicing graft patch in the upper and middle segment (>2 cm) and complex multi-segment (>6 cm) ureteral strictures. 2) To evaluate the safety and tolerability about the application of lingual mucosa-SIS intermittent splicing graft patch in the reconstruction of upper and middle segment (>2 cm) and complex multi-segment (>6 cm) ureteral strictures.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 签名及标注日期的知情同意书，了解本研究并愿意遵循而且有能力完成所有试验程序
2) 承诺遵守研究程序，并配合实施全过程研究
3) 符合良性输尿管狭窄的诊断，患者各系统功能通过评估可以耐受手术者
4) 上段或中断输尿管长段狭窄（＞2 cm），不适合直接行输尿管-输尿管端端吻合手术者
5) 男女不限，年龄≥18周岁，<70岁
6) 受试者须有良好依从性

Inclusion criteria

1) Sign informed consent books and label the date, understand the study, be willing to follow and able to complete all study procedures.
2) Promise to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of research.
3) Patients who conform to the diagnosis of benign ureteral stricture and can tolerate surgery through evaluation of each system function.
4) Patients with long strictures of the proximal or mid ureter (>2 cm) who are not suitable for direct ureteral-ureteral end-to-end anastomosis.
5) Male or female, aged over 17 and under 70 years old.
6) The subjects must have good compliance.

排除标准：

1) 中上段输尿管短段狭窄（＜2 cm），以及下段输尿管狭窄
2) 舌黏膜病变以及其他不能取材舌黏膜的情况（播音员等职业患者）
3) 对猪源性材料过敏
4) 泌尿系感染，筛查尿培养阳性的患者
5) 患有活动性肺结核
6) 酒精依赖者或近一年有吸毒史或药物滥用史，以及既往有明确的精神障碍史
7) 经治疗未控制的系统性疾病，如糖尿病、出血性疾病
8) 妊娠期或哺乳期，或预期在试验期内妊娠或生育
9) 研究者认为由于其他原因不适合参加本试验的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Proximal and mid ureteral stricture (< 2 cm) and distal ureteral stricture.
2) Lingual mucosal graft lesions and other conditions in which lingual mucosal graft cannot be sampled (occupational patients such as broadcasters).
3) Allergy to porcine materials.
4) Patients with urinary infection or positive results of urine culture.
5) Having active tuberculosis.
6) Those who are alcohol-dependent or have a history of drug use or drug abuse in the past year, and have a clear history of mental disorders in the past.
7) Uncontrolled systemic diseases, such as diabetes and hemorrhagic diseases.
8) Pregnancy or lactation, or expected pregnancy/birth during the trial period.
9) Patients considered unsuitable for this study by the investigator for other reasons.
